Mike Borelli — National Sales Manager
As National Sales Manager, Mike Borelli brings more than 20 years of experience in equipment financing and leasing to the Patriot Capital executive team. Mike spent 13 years at Master Lease/Tokai Financial Services/DeLage Landen, where he had technology financing responsibility for 26 states for the $1 billion technology division. Mike also supported bank equipment leasing companies, including AEL Financial and Heartland, where he developed a wide variety of financing programs for a range of capital equipment industries. Mike works closely with Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI), Society of Independent Gasoline Marketers of America (SIGMA), and National Association of Convenience Stores (NASC) members to help them optimize their capital structures and to obtain equipment needed to run a competitive convenience store or commercial fueling operation.

Providing equipment financing insights to convenience store operators in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee, Jonathan Carrizzo brings more than 15 years of experience in financial analysis, equipment financing and commercial equipment leasing to the Patriot Capital team. Carrizzo is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and holds an MBA from Rollins College. Prior to joining Patriot, he held management positions at Canon Financial Services, G.E. Capital, US Express Leasing, and Enterprise Fleet Management, focusing on real estate and equipment financing.

Matt Easterday — Southeastern Regional Manager
Matt Easterday, Southeastern Regional Manager at Patriot Capital, brings more than 11 years of sales territory management experience and 4 years of equipment finance and leasing industry experience to benefit his convenience store and commercial fueling customers. Prior to joining Patriot Capital, Matt worked for Great America Financial and focused on financing for numerous verticals, including POS/computers, signage, lighting, and capital equipment in the automotive aftermarket segment. Matt makes his home in Atlanta and supports fuel retailers in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia.
Lincoln McPherson Midwest Regional Manager
Lincoln McPherson — Midwest Regional Manager
Lincoln McPherson, Midwest Regional Manager, has more than 15 years experience in commercial and equipment financing and leasing. For the past 5 years, Lincoln has focused on the Retail and Commercial Petroleum industry, working with Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI), Society of Independent Gasoline Marketers of America (SIGMA), and National Association of Convenience Stores (NASC) members. Lincoln’s consultative approach and customer focus has established him as the “go-to financing source” for gas pumps, POS (point of sale), LED lighting and other C-store and forecourt equipment. Lincoln is recognized for working closely with major equipment manufacturers (OEM’s) including Gilbarco Veeder-Root, Wayne Fueling, Verifone, and Acuity. Lincoln was recently recognized with the coveted ‘Grail of Sales’ award. Prior to joining Patriot Capital, Lincoln provided financing expertise to capital equipment users in a range of durable B2B capital goods industries while working for an equipment finance firm based in Los Angeles, soliciting and executing financing and capital leasing transactions. Lincoln holds a B.A. from Purdue University.

Joe Moceri — Business Development Manager
Joe is a veteran of the fuels, lubricants, and C-store business, Joe Moceri's career spans nearly 30 years of sales and management experience in the commercial and retail fueling industry. His background includes marketing, operations and sales management positions with ExxonMobil and most recently President, Commercial Lubricants LLC, a multi-million dollar lubricant distributor in the North East. Joe is a graduate of Northeastern University.

Steve Morris, Southern Regional Sales Manager, brings more than 10 years of varied sales experience in the retail and wholesale petroleum industry. Before joining Patriot Capital, Steve provided sales leadership as the North American Director of Retail Fuels for Sign Resource, supporting fuel marketers and jobbers nationally. Prior to that, Steve was General Manager of Image Installations, a C-store imaging and canopy construction company based in Texas that supports fuel jobbers and marketers in Texas and the Southern U.S. Steve makes his home in Houston and supports fuel retailers in Texas, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Louisiana.

Jason Raffensperger — Northeast Regional Manager
Northeast Regional Manager Jason Raffensperger, has more than 15 years of equipment finance and lease experience to the financing of petroleum equipment and C-store capital equipment, including gas pumps, POS, price signs and coolers. Prior to joining Patriot Capital, Jason worked for Marlin Leasing for 10 years, focusing on equipment financing across a broad range of commercial financing applications, including the telecom, computer and restaurant/QSR verticals.

Patriot Capital Western Regional Financing Manager Geoff Smith has more than 14 years of equipment finance and leasing experience in the retail and commercial petroleum industry. Prior to opening Patriot Capital’s West Coast offices in 2007, Geoff was Regional Manager for Patriot’s Southeast Region. A graduate of James Madison University and a member of Western Petroleum Marketers Association (WPMA) and the Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI), Geoff has successfully established Patriot Capital in two markets and is known as an expert in financing dispensers, POS and other C-store products.

Midwest Regional Manager Brian Wolfgang's experience includes more than 16 years of equipment financing experience. His background in equipment financing includes financial management positions at TCF Equipment Finance, a division of TCF National Bank, Key Equipment Finance, and SMT Leasing Company. A graduate of Delaware Valley College in Pennsylvania, Wolfgang has extensive experience in tailoring equipment financing solutions for customers in a variety of industries. Brian’s experience benefits convenience store operators in the Upper Midwest, including Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, and North and South Dakota.
